Can I create documents for my business?
Plus, Pro and Max include document generation for policies, job descriptions, performance improvement plans and workplace letters. Generated documents are drafts for you to check. Tailored contracts and specialist document reviews are human consulting work.
Which plans include a human HR specialist?
Pro includes 5 consulting blocks each month and Max includes 15. Core and Plus are self-service plans without included consulting. Pro and Max subscribers can also purchase additional blocks.
What awards does Lucy cover?
Lucy supports a growing selection of Australian modern awards. The Award Rates tool on Plus, Pro and Max provides live Fair Work Commission pay rate lookups. Check coverage for your industry and the classification that applies to your employees.
How is my information handled?
